I did not get what I ordered and conveniently the spray was already delivered to the funeral home before I approved the final product! I usually check reviews prior to using new vendors but didn't this time, BIG MISTAKE! I ordered a football team themed stray and literally received a floral arrangement with a football snap back attached to it! The lady that took my order assured me that I would get a spray with Kansas City Chiefs ribbon with a floral arrangement that resemble a football helmet! I hope this review saves someone some time and money. I do not recommend this floral shop if you expect to receive what you ordered! NEVER AGAIN!

ordered Stunning Beauty -the worker did not make the floral arrangements right. No ROSES. They ask to see what was shipped. and Stated there no right and resent the right arrangements. 1800flower did not cover this zip code. LOL. I will use them again.
I’ve come here to get corsages for three years now and I must say that they are the best in the area. Highly recomendad and I would even make a couple hours drive to get down here.
I would not recommend that anyone purchase flowers through Olive Branch Floral. I placed an order the day before my daughter's birthday for delivery. The order was cancelled for lack of floral supplies and I was not notified of cancellation. I provided and email, text number, and phone number for this business, and prepaid for the order. Apparently, this business didn't think my business was important enough to even notify me of the cancellation. It may not seem like an important issue to them, but I had not missed sending my daughter flowers on her birthday in 40 years. It was a big deal to me. DO NOT TRUST YOUR FLOWERS TO THIS BUSINESS. I am trying to make contact with the owner, and they are ignoring my call. Live and learn, I guess.
The 3pc Floral arrangement for my Mother’s Funeral was from made by Jan at Olive Branch Florist. The design was Yellow Roses!! When I tell you they were ‘Over the Top’ beautiful!!! They were just that. The designs were full and done exactly as requested. I called the Manager. De’De to let her know how pleased I am.Thank you Olive Branch Florist!!💐💐💐

Ordered flowers, got the delivery on the wrong day with the wrong card and the premium bouquet was tiny. They ended up doing nothing about it. Paid over $100 for very little to no value. Very disappointed. Will not order again.
The flower arrangements Olive Branch Florist and Lisa Childers were able to make for my wedding day were beautiful! They delivered them and took them down on time, and all of my guests thought the flowers were so pretty. They also were reasonably priced, and everyone I talked to was very friendly.

I recently ordered a standing spray for my grandfather's funeral. I gave them a picture of a spray I liked to see if they could create something similar. The spray looked exactly like the picture, they called me to get customization details, delivery was perfectly timed, and the price was excellent. I could not be more pleased.

Great experience overall. The standard bouquet is really nice and full, they didn't skimp on anything, so I can only imagine how impressive the upgraded versions are. Plus, my sister was pleasantly surprised.

What I ordered exceeded expectations! As most people do, you send the funeral, Mothers Day, and not to mention Valentines Day. And with my needs, I usually order from a national name expecting better quality. This was definitely not the case when i sourced to Olive Branch Florist. It may be just flowers, but their quality, design and overall appearance was spectacular and flawless! This will be my go to location for any needs in the future! Also, outside of their product, the customer service is superb!
My wedding was the simplest but olive branch made it so beautiful and elegant, we even have to make last minute decision to have the wedding and arrangements inside because of the storm but hey they are so efficient and still made a really beautiful arrangements and decorations
